ENVIRONMENT:
An independent Asset Management firm seeks the expertise of a solutions-driven Product Owner to fill a 14-month Contract role. You will own and manage Marketing platforms, track and own the product roadmap while facilitating daily stand ups, backlog refinement sessions and releases where applicable. The ideal candidate must have a demonstrable understanding of Sales and Marketing technology, including (but not limited to) Content Management, Marketing Distribution, Integration, Automation, and CRM. You will also need knowledge of Agile Development methodology and have a keen interest in the nascent power of AI.
 
DUTIES:
  • Own and manage Marketing platforms across a broad range of Marketing functions.
  • Track and own the product roadmap in partnership with business stakeholders to deliver value by converting requirements into features.
  • Provide day to day oversight across all Marketing platforms (excluding Web) to report back to stakeholders.
  • Act as point of contact for all Marketing platform SMEs for enhancement requests, troubleshooting and support, as well as BAU queries.
  • Facilitate daily stand ups, backlog refinement sessions and releases where applicable.
  • Coordinate and prioritise work across the various streams ensuring a well-organised user stories and clearly communicating what needs to be done by when.
  • Organise and run meetings to assign tasks across the different platforms in Marketing with the available resource.
  • Manage vendors, including third-party project planning and execution (professional services).
  • Budget and invoice management.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Demonstrable understanding of Sales and Marketing technology, including (but not limited to) Content Management, Marketing Distribution, Integration, Automation, and CRM.
  • Knowledge of Agile Development methodology.
  • Passion for technology as an enablement tool.
  • A hands-on, can-do approach to work.
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Desire to work in a global team, delivering across multiple platforms.
  • An ability to work autonomously in the pursuit of results.
  • Interest in the nascent power of AI.
