My client, based in Epping is looking for an experienced GFM to lead their finance division. With your proven financial and risk management skills, drive strategic initiatives and communicate effectively at all levels.

Responsibilities:
•    Manage the finance division, ensuring effective financial operations and implementing tactical initiatives to support strategic decisions
•    Apply sound financial and risk management skills to maintain high-quality financial disciplines, controls and compliance throughout the organisation, mitigating financial and other risks
•    Provide comprehensive financial analysis and insights to management, contributing to strategic and tactical processes, including financial modelling for new business development
•    Continuously identify and implement improvements in financial processes and reporting, overseeing systems, policies and procedures to ensure efficient financial management of the group
•    Manage tax compliance obligations, including tax calculations/returns and resolving tax queries, while overseeing customs and vendor processes

Requirements:
•    CA(SA) with at least 5 years Post articles experience
•    Proven track record in team management
•    Expertise encompassing financial planning, budgeting, analysis, and comprehensive financial management across all domains
•    Experience in implementing and improving accounting systems, processes, management information and financial reporting
