- Assisting recruitment activities, ranging from selection to onboarding
- Manage, present/facilitate and track instore training on all levels to ensure compliance and timeous completion
- Participate in driving culture related initiatives in collaboration with the culture champions and store managers
- Respond to solicited and unsolicited employment queries
- Support HRBP in any ad-hoc HR related duties
- General HR related administrative duties
- HRM Diploma
- 3 years generalist HR experience ideally gained within a multi-site, customer focused business.
- A lively, outgoing character with a level of maturity understanding the diverse requirements of a people centred environment.
- Willing to travel between different stores.
- Intellectually able, needs to be a practical operator with a strong commercial understanding who can balance intuition on one hand, together with close attention to detail when appropriate.
- It is essential that the candidate is highly flexible and adaptable.
