Job Description

A Financial Administrator contract role is available for an immediately available individual who has experience in processing invoices, AP processing, dealing with queries and assisting with credit notes. You would need to have around 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

This position is a maternity cover role and is due to end in January 2025

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in loading sales orders as required
  • Attend to email replies/queries
  • Ensure all invoicing is done accurately and timeously
  • Resolve Invoicing queries
  • Resolve discrepancies between customer GRN and company invoices
  • Filing and maintenance of POD’s
  • Assist with credit notes and re-invoicing
  • Ad hoc duties include assistance with stock counts when necessary
  • Assist with AP processing

Requirements:

  • Bookkeeping certificate or accounting diploma
  • Matric certificate with Accounting and Pure Maths
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar role
  • Knowledge and experience with MS Office and MS Excel software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential
  • Immediately available
