Senior HVC Team Lead

Job Description

I have a contract opportunity for a Senior Supply Team Lead. You will be responsible to ensure that the money related to importing, moving and storing fuels is recorded correctly. Work closely with your team, talk to other supply teams and give detailed information about fuel costs. This job needs someone who is good with money, can lead a team and knows how the supply chain works. 

Responsibilities:

• Accuracy of PT Logistics Costs
• Ensure ancillary costs associated with supply purchases and sales align with supply deal notes and contracts
• Monthly Reporting and Analysis
• Provide critical information to the Supply Logistics and Performance & Planning (PPM) teams for forecasting and planning PT Logistics costs
• Ensure controls are in place for accurate PT Logistics cost reflection and timely resolution of exceptions
• Establish a network of focal points within the organisation to address issues promptly
• Maintain documentation for the annual audit
• Propose process amendments and negotiate system/technical changes for process optimisation

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant with a BComm Honours or similar qualification
• Supply chain exposure and experience
• Strong leadership experience with a proven track record of delivery
• Project management skills
