Duties & Responsibilities
- Interact with existing and new customers to expand business and maintain relationships.
- Actively increase the Company's revenue in effectively selling and promoting the Company's services.
- Travelling to customers premises as and when necessary to sell business services.
- Be involved in the presentation and event management process.
- Ensure that the Company's sales targets and requirements are being met consistently.
- Present, market, and sell goods and services to current and potential clients with persuasive reasoning.
- Create, nurture, and preserve a positive business and consumer rapport.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Reach predetermined sales goals and objectives on time.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Monitor sales and status updates, assess the potential of the market or region.
- Supply management with reports
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements and skills
- Minimum Matric (grade 12) qualification required
- Valid drivers' license;
- Excellent communication skills;
- The ability to sell - excellent sales acumen;
- Good computer skills;
- Ability to travel for business purposes as and when required.
