Microsoft Office 365 & Azure Solutions Consultant (Digital Transformation & Automation) (CPT Hybrid)

ENVIRONMENT:

A dynamic Digital Transformation Specialist is looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Office 365 & Azure Solutions Consultant to lead digital transformation and business automation projects. This hybrid role requires a balance of 60% billable client delivery and 40% technical managerial responsibilities, combining hands-on technical expertise with leadership in solution design and team management. This will include architecting and implementing solutions using Office 365 and Azure services, conducting workshops, assessments, and proof-of-concepts to accelerate digital transformation while leading technical delivery teams, ensuring quality and consistency across projects. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or similar field, preferably have Microsoft Certifications (e.g., MS-900, AZ-104) and 5+ years of experience in Microsoft cloud solutions delivery and web development. You also need to be proficient with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Azure AD, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

 

DUTIES:

Client Delivery (60% Billable) -

• Architect and implement solutions using Office 365 and Azure services.
• Develop and customize business applications and portals using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript integrated with Microsoft platforms.
• Conduct workshops, assessments, and proof-of-concepts to accelerate digital transformation.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on support during project delivery.
• Ensure solutions meet compliance, scalability, and performance requirements.

Technical Management (40% Managerial) -

• Lead technical delivery teams, ensuring quality and consistency across projects.
• Mentor Junior Consultants and Engineers, fostering growth and expertise.
• Define best practices, frameworks, and governance models for Microsoft cloud and web solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape digital transformation strategies.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and technical escalations.

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications –

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Microsoft Certifications (e.g., MS-900, AZ-104) strongly preferred.

Experience/Skills –

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Microsoft cloud solutions delivery and web development.
• Microsoft Office 365: Expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and security/compliance features.
• Microsoft Azure: Strong experience with Azure AD, cloud infrastructure, automation services, and integrations.
• Web Development: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for building and customizing business applications.
• Digital Transformation: Proven track record of delivering modernization projects that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Experience managing technical teams, mentoring talent, and setting delivery standards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
