An established, multi-branch retail food business is looking for a Junior Bookkeeper who’s ready for real ownership from day one. You’ll work closely with the Accountant and finance team, with exposure across branch reconciliations, stock and GRV queries, debtors and creditors, and month-end close, not just data capture and filing.

This role will suit someone who is detail-driven, takes ownership of a query until it’s actually resolved, and is looking to build a genuine career in finance rather than fill a junior seat.

Requirements:

• Relevant bookkeeping qualification (or well underway with one)
• At least 1–2 years’ bookkeeping experience
• Solid, practical Excel skills
• Comfortable working with accounting/ERP systems
• Own transport
