Microsoft 365 Copilot & Automation Assistant (Stellenbosch Onsite)

ENVIRONMENT:

HELP improve operational efficiency and reduce manual administrative workload across the business of a growing dynamic Investment and Commercial Property Management Firm seeking a Microsoft 365 Copilot & Automation Assistant. You will achieve this through supporting the setup, maintenance, and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot agents and business automation. You will also assist with Power Automate workflows (notifications, reminders, approvals) while maintaining SharePoint lists and approved content used by automation and Copilot. Applicants will require strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams and Outlook.

DUTIES:

• Support the configuration, testing, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 Copilot agents.
• Assist with Power Automate workflows (notifications, reminders, approvals).
• Maintain SharePoint lists and approved content used by automations and Copilot.
• Perform testing, basic troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Provide first-line user support and assist with adoption.
• Ensure adherence to data governance and POPIA requirements.
• Escalate complex technical or compliance matters.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Comfortable with SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented with a strong learning ability.
• Power Automate / Power Apps exposure advantageous but not essential.
