KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Receiving, inspecting and verifying incoming goods
- Accurate stock control, recording and documentation
- Stock issuing, distribution and inventory management
- Stock taking, cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Supervision, coaching and coordination of warehouse staff
- Warehouse operations planning and cross-functional coordination
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Grade 12 (Matric) (Mathematics will be advantageous).
- Completed tertiary qualification (minimum NQF Level 5) in Logistics, Warehousing, Supply Chain Management or a related field, with 3–4 years' experience in a Stores/Warehouse environment.
- Experience working on the Fourth Shift warehouse management system.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Forklift Licence (essential)
- Excellent attendance record with an impeccable disciplinary record
- Strong leadership, communication and people management skills
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet operational deadlines
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail and accountability
