We are urgently sourcing Junior Sales Representatives for our client in the following region: George

This is an excellent opportunity for recent Marketing, Sales, or Business graduates who are eager to kick-start their career in sales.

Main purpose of the Job:

This role focuses on driving sales by presenting and promoting company products and services, building strong client relationships, expanding market share, and achieving set targets.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12) – essential
  • Relevant qualification or degree – advantageous
  • 1 – 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within FMCG or recent Marketing, Sales, or Business graduates who are eager to kick-start their career in sales.
  • Strong computer literacy with sound numeracy and technical aptitude
  • Valid driver’s licence – compulsory
  • Male candidates preferred due to extensive travel requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage fortnightly call schedules and client visits.
  • Classify, segment, and prioritise clients to maximise growth opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and maintain up-to-date product and industry knowledge.
  • Implement and support promotional activities as per company guidelines.
  • Build and grow market share across all product categories.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure service effectiveness
  • Compile and submit accurate weekly sales and ADAPT reports within set deadlines.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and emerging markets.
  • Manage sales administration and reporting processes to company standards.
  • Ensure client deliveries and service execution meet company expectations
