HR Coordinator Menlyn Pretoria
Our client is looking for a HR Coordinator in Menlyn Pretoria to support the HR department in various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and employee relations.

Min Requirements and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum of 4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a coordinator or administrative capacity.
· Knowledge of South African labor laws and HR best practices.
· Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Manage HR databases and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, letters of employment, and termination notices.
Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
Ensure compliance with South African labor laws and regulations.
Prepare and submit HR reports as required by management.
