Our client is looking for an entry-level sales position with genuine growth potential. They are looking for a young, dynamic and high-energy individual who may not have extensive experience but possesses natural sales acumen, a hunger to succeed, and a willingness to learn. For the right candidate, this role offers a structured pathway into a more senior sales position as they demonstrate results and develop their skills within our business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of hardware retailers and trade accounts in the Mpumalanga region
• Conduct regular client visits, product demonstrations, and relationship-building calls
• Drive sales with their product range
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
• Report on territory performance, competitor activity, and market developments
• Represent the brand professionally at all times

Location Requirement

• Must be based in the Nelspruit area

Advantageous

• Previous experience in sales or client-facing roles, even in an unrelated industry
• Exposure to or experience working with hardware retailers or in the building materials trade

Salary: Basic Salary + Commission + Company Vehicle + Petrol Allowance + Cell Phone

Reporting Location: Nelspruit, Mpumalanga

Territory: Mpumalanga and surrounding areas

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
