As the Digital E-commerce & Brand Manager, you will own the end-to-end digital storefront experience and brand strategy. Key Responsibilities

🛒 E-Commerce Store Optimization

• Manage and optimize the online storefront (Shopify/WooCommerce) to improve conversion rates, user experience (UX), and average order value.

• Oversee product listings, ensuring accurate technical specifications, premium imagery, and compelling, SEO-optimized copy for new arrivals and staple collections.

• Streamline the checkout process to ensure maximum security, minimal cart abandonment, and a seamless user interface.

📈 Brand Strategy & Digital Marketing

• Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns (SEO, email marketing, affiliate programs, and compliant social media strategies) tailored to the vaping industry's regulatory standards.

• Maintain the brand's reputation for authenticity, positioning the store as the ultimate trusted authority for premium e-liquids and hardware.

• Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior metrics to pivot strategies and maximize ROI.

📦 Supply Chain & Partner Relations

• Maintain and grow direct relationships with authentic manufacturers and premium brands to secure exclusive product launches and competitive pricing.

• Coordinate with the logistics and fulfillment teams to guarantee that our promise of "fast shipping" is consistently met.

• Monitor inventory levels to ensure high-demand products are always in stock without over-indexing on slow-moving inventory.
