I’m recruiting for a 3-month temp Accountant contract with a well-known, fast-paced retail/QSR brand based in Cape Town.

 

This opportunity is ideal for a newly qualified CA(SA) looking to gain strong commercial finance exposure in a high-volume environment. If you’ve completed articles but haven’t yet had hands-on exposure to areas like month-end processing, balance sheet reconciliations, payments, cashbooks, intercompany accounting, and working within a busy operational finance team, this role will give you exactly that.

 

You’ll gain exposure to:

• Month-end accounting processes
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Cashbook reviews and reconciliations
• Intercompany accounting
• Payments and supplier processing
• Retail/QSR finance operations
• Working in a fast-moving commercial environment

What’s important:

• Qualified CA(SA)
• Newly qualified candidates are welcome
• Must be immediately available
• Cape Town based
