Job Description

An exciting opportunity has opened within a well-established logistics business for an Accounts Administrator to join their finance team in Cape Town.

This is not a typical admin role focused purely on processing. The successful individual will play a key role in ensuring billing accuracy, identifying discrepancies, analysing costs, improving controls, and working closely with operations and management to resolve issues and improve efficiencies across the business.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• 3–5 years’ finance or administration-related experience
• Strong Excel skills — essential
• Experience working on business operating systems
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines

• Logistics industry exposure
• Advanced Excel skills
• Exposure to Power BI or AI tools
