Client Relationship Manager– POS26241

Location: Somerset West

Salary: R18 -22 000.00 pm

We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented Client Relationship Manager with strong rental experience to support our client's growing operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about property management and software solutions, and eager to help users succeed by understanding and utilizing digital tools effectively.

 

The Ideal Profile:

  • Experience: Strong rental property management experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Sound understanding of rental legislation and basic accounting principles (highly beneficial).
  • Technical Aptitude: Proven ability to quickly learn and explain software functionalities.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and a passion for staying current with technology trends.
  • Education & Training: Ability to train and educate users effectively.
  • Core Competencies:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to manage time and priorities independently.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to change.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Product Mastery: Build deep knowledge of our client’s product offerings to support and guide users effectively.
  • Client Training & Support: Deliver product training and support tailored to each user's unique business needs.
  • Software Adoption: Promote platform adoption by helping users explore and apply solution capabilities.
  • Industry Advisory: Provide expert advice based on rental industry knowledge and software best practices.
  • Data Management: Handle and interpret large volumes of data accurately and efficiently.
  • Client Communication: Maintain high-quality communication with users via phone, email, and virtual sessions.
  • Internal Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to identify client needs and opportunities for product improvement.
