Recruitment Consultant

Company based in Durbanville in need of a Jnr Recruitment Consultant with a minimum of 1 - 2 years’ experience.  Whether you have great experience in recruitment and bring an existing talent network, or are keenly interested in the sales and the client side of our world, then this opportunity is for you.

You will be responsible for:

Manage the full cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience

Coldcalling

Servicing existing clients

Sourcing new clients

Sourcing suitable candidates and matching to clients’ specs

Interviewing

Reference checking

Communicating with candidates and clients

Education:

Matric

Minimum of 1 - 2 years recruitment experience

Computer Literate in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills

Excellent communication in English & Afrikaans - both written and verbal

Have the ability to work independently

Have minimal experience with the full recruitment function

Have good networking skills

Have excellent people skills

Target Driven & Passionate

Basic + high commission + incentives on offer.

What to expect?

The role can be challenging, but also exciting as the profession is fast-paced, target driven and demanding.

Work is office based but time is also spent outside the office, meeting with clients and interviewing candidates.
