Full Stack Developer (Mid-Level)
Location: Fully Remote (Head office in Somerset West)

π The Role in a Nutshell
Our client builds hospitality technology that helps hotels, lodges, and guesthouses run smoothly behind the scenes. They are now looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to help take their platform further. Youβll be hands-on β developing, improving, and maintaining scalable applications across their platforms.
Youβll work closely with senior developers and the CTO, solving real problems and owning your work from start to fi nish. If you enjoy building clean code, learning new things, and want to see your work used by real people in a fast-paced SaaS environment β this could be your next great move.
β What Youβll Bring (The Essentials)
β 2β4 yearsβ experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
β Angular 16+ (TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap)
β .NET Framework / .NET Core with C#
β Web APIs & REST APIs
β Microsoft SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, basic schema design)
β Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
β Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
β Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team
β Good communication and problem-solving abilities
β Willingness to learn and continuously improve
β Bonus Points
β Ionic Framework (mobile development) β DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
β Git / GitHub Desktop
β AI experience (Claude/ChatGPT/Copilot)
β Cloud platform exposure (Azure)
π What Youβll Do Day-to-Day
β Develop, maintain, and enhance full-stack applications across their hospitality platforms
β Build and improve frontend functionality using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap
β Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and business logic using C# and .NET
β Work with Microsoft SQL Server β write queries, troubleshoot issues, optimise performance, and maintain database structures
β Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues reported by QA, support teams, or clients
β Collaborate with senior developers, QA, support consultants, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions
β Participate in planning sessions, sprint discussions, and development reviews
β Assist with software deployments, testing, and release preparation
β Contribute to ongoing system improvements β refactoring, performance, maintainability
β Assist with API integrations and third-party system connectivity
β Ensure code follows best practices, coding standards, and internal processes
β Help improve application stability, scalability, and overall user experience
β Stay up to date with new technologies, development trends, and tools
β Provide support and guidance to junior team members where needed
β Work closely with the CTO and senior developers on technical improvements and future planning
