Provide expert technical support on metal cutting tools and machining applications to customers and sales teams.
Analyse customer technical requirements and develop tailored machining solutions.
Support sales teams in identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Deliver technical presentations, product training, and customer demonstrations.
Lead customer projects end-to-end, from planning through to implementation and feedback.
Monitor and document performance improvements, cost savings, and productivity gains.
Ensure correct application and implementation of products to maximise customer value.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Manage post-sales support including troubleshooting, follow-ups, and ongoing customer engagement.
Monitor competitor activity and emerging technologies within the market.

Degree or National Diploma (NQF 6) in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a customer-facing technical role.
Strong knowledge of metal cutting tools and machining processes.
Experience with CNC programming and CAD/CAM systems (Mastercam advantageous).
Proven project management and customer relationship management experience.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
Willingness to travel extensively within South Africa and occasionally internationally.
