We are looking for a Freelance Google Ads Specialist to work on our Google ad campaigns and do Google Ads. You will need to plan, build, manage, and optimizes paid search and other Google Ads campaigns to drive leads, sales, or website traffic while hitting performance.

Salary negotiable plus commission

 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Google Ads accounts and budgets
• Strong understanding of PPC/SEM fundamentals, auction dynamics, and account structure
• Proficiency with Google Ads Editor, Keyword Planner, Merchant Centre and GA4
• Tracking knowledge: conversion setup, GTM, UTM tagging, attribution basics
• Comfortable interpreting performance metrics and making data-driven decisions
• Copywriting and testing mindset
• Strong communication, project management, and client/stakeholder management

 Key Responsibilities

• Develop Google Ads strategy aligned to business goals and budget
• Perform keyword research, competitor research, and audience analysis
• Structure campaigns and ad groups (Search, Shopping, Performance Max
• Write and test ad copy; set up responsive search ads and ad assets (extensions)
• Configure targeting (location, device, schedule), bidding strategies, and budgets
• Set up conversion tracking (GA4, Google Ads tags, Google Tag Manager) accuracy
• Optimize performance: search term reviews, negative keywords, bid adjustments, audience layering, landing page recommendations
• Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages and campaign settings
• Monitor quality score, ad relevance, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and cost per conversion
• Build reports and dashboards, communicate results and to stakeholders/clients
• Ensure compliance with Google Ads policies and best practices
