HEALTH & SAFETY OFFICER - CONSTRUCTION

Crown Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Officer for our Amanzimtoti - based client, to ensure the highest standards of safety across construction sites and plant operations within the greater Durban / KZN region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and enforce safety regulations and protocols on-site.
• Liaise effectively with building management, contractors, and construction teams.
• Monitor compliance with safety legislation and company standards across domestic, residential, and commercial projects.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Provide guidance and training to site personnel on safety best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in construction safety on active sites/projects.
• Experience across domestic/residential and commercial construction projects.
• Valid unendorsed driver’s license with own reliable transport.
• No criminal record.
• References from previous employers, including current contact details, are essential.
• Must be registered with the SACPCMP  - DO NOT apply without this
