As the Head of Cultivation, you will oversee the full lifecycle of high-intensity agricultural production, from nursery propagation to export-ready harvest. You are the bridge between the biology of the plant and the precision of the boardroom, responsible for scaling experimental trials into high-yield, commercial realities within a strictly regulated environment.

Requirements

• Experience- 10+ years in commercial cultivation leadership with a track record in large-scale or high-intensity environments.
• Technical Mastery -Deep expertise in CEA (Greenhouse/Hydroponics) and managing the nuances of export-driven production.
• Operational Rigor - Proven ability to build scalable SOPs and navigate highly regulated agricultural frameworks.
• Analytical Mindset -Comfort with data-centric management; you don't just grow—you optimize.
• Academic Background -Postgraduate degree in Agriculture or Business (MBA) is highly advantageous
• Mobility A willingness to travel extensively to oversee multi-site operations or international projects.

 

Core Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Lead large-scale commercial operations with a focus on Controlled-Environment Agriculture (CEA), including advanced greenhouse and hydroponic systems.
• Systems Architecture: Design, implement, and audit comprehensive SOP frameworks to ensure consistency, safety, and global export compliance.
• R&D & Trial Management: Oversee structured agricultural trials, managing the transition of new crops from experimental phases to full-scale commercialization.
• Propagation Excellence: Direct nursery operations to ensure genetic integrity and a robust pipeline for high-intensity production.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize advanced analytics for yield forecasting, resource allocation, and performance benchmarking.
• Executive Reporting: Translate complex operational data into actionable insights for board-level stakeholders
