We are hiring — Onsite PRETORIA DUTCH & GERMAN-SPEAKING CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT (on-site Centurion, Gauteng)

Do you speak Dutch and/or German fluently? We are looking for multilingual talent to join our team based in Centurion.

Your role:

• Support customers in Dutch, German, and English (via phone, chat, email)

• Handle product queries, complaints, and customer queries

• Follow internal processes and ensure top-tier service

• Work closely with the team to improve the customer experience

Requirements:

• Fluent in Dutch and German (spoken & written)

• Strong English skills

• Previous customer service experience

• Able to work on site in Centurion

• Tech-savvy and eager to learn.
