Our client is seeking a skilled SigmaNEST programmer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, optimizing and managing CNC Cutting programs using SigmaNEST software to ensure efficient material utilization and smooth production flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC cutting programs using SigmaNEST
• Interpret Engineering drawings and convert them into accurate cutting instructions
• Ensure maximum material yield and minimize waste through effective nesting strategies
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to meet project deadlines

Requirements

• Proven Experience as a SigmaNEST programmer (2-5 Years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of CNC cutting
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and familiarity with manufacturing workflows
• Problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and team work abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Candidate must be able and willing to work day and or nightshift

Salary: Market related

Location: Germiston Gauteng

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Start Date: Immediate

Working Hours: (Dayshift)07:00- 17:00 Monday – Thursday, 07:00- 14:00 Friday 07:00- 12:00 (Some Saturdays)

(Nightshift) 19:00- 05:00 Monday-Thursday, 14:00- 22:30 Friday

Work overtime when and if required.
