📚 Minimum Requirements
- Education
Grade 12 (Matric) - Qualification
Valid Pest Control Officer Certificate - Experience
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in:
Pest Control Operations (PCO)
HACCP compliance
Structural Fumigation
- Perform pest control treatments including fumigation, blanket spraying, termite treatment, and wasp removal
- Ensure all safety standards and procedures are strictly followed
- Complete service tickets and daily treatment reports accurately and on time
- Maintain and scan the Integrated Pest Management (IPM) system
- Keep site files updated monthly and ensure proper documentation flow
- Take responsibility for company vehicle and equipment care
- Contribute to maintaining high data quality and operational integrity
- Provide ad hoc support for specialized pest control tasks as needed
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Commitment to safety and compliance
- Professional communication and reporting skills
- Reliable and proactive work ethic
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
- Willingness to travel to client sites
- Physical fitness to perform manual pest control task
