Our client a wholesale food supplier who caters for the hospitality industry requires the expertise of a Marketing Co-Ordinator

Job Purpose

To support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing activities and campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and effective communication across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns and promotions
• Manage marketing calendars, deadlines, and campaign timelines
• Coordinate content for social media, email marketing, websites, and print materials
• Liaise with designers, printers, suppliers, and external agencies
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
• Track campaign performance and compile basic marketing reports
• Assist with events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
• Update and maintain customer databases and marketing records
• Support the Marketing Manager with administrative and operational tasks

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing or coordination role
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools

Advantageous

• Experience with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe)

Salary: R 16,000 – R 18,000 CTC
