SENIOR FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER

Job description: Lead and elevate the front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining a high-performing, professional environment. Take full ownership of FOH operations and act as a hands-on, dynamic leader.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in a senior FOH management role within high-volume or upscale hospitality environments
• Proven track record in hospitality management
• Experience with A La Carte service (not hotels or lodges)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills
• Strong organisational and decision-making abilities
• Proficient with POS systems and comfortable interpreting basic operational or financial reports

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all FOH operations, ensuring a seamless and welcoming guest experience
• Lead, train, schedule, and inspire FOH staff to uphold top service standards
• Act as the primary point of contact for guest relations, addressing feedback and resolving issues professionally
• Maintain cleanliness, readiness, and organisation across all FOH areas before, during, and after service
• Enforce standards for service etiquette, appearance, and overall guest interaction
• Manage reservations, walk-in traffic, and seating flow efficiently
• Collaborate on onboarding FOH team members with senior leadership
• Monitor inventory levels of FOH supplies and manage ordering
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards
