Location: South Africa (Remote)

Schedule: U.S. EST Hours — Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Non-Negotiable)

Compensation: Monthly Salary + Performance Bonuses

We are now hiring a South Africa–based Recruiter with agency experience who wants to step into a high-performance environment, sharpen their skills, and grow with a U.S. firm.

ROLE: AGENCY RECRUITER (SOUTH AFRICA)

We are looking for a competitive, intelligent, sales-oriented recruiter with agency experience — ideally someone who has worked full desk or high-volume mid-level roles.

You MUST have:

  • Strong English (spoken + written)
  • Sales skills (phone confidence, objection handling, influencing)
  • The ability to hit metrics, KPIs, and quotas
  • A competitive mindset (sports/athletics background a HUGE plus)
  • Comfort making high-volume outbound calls
  • The ability to work in U.S. EST hours
  • Coachability + adaptability to the Bloom Way

You will be trained in our systems and frameworks, but you must come with raw sales DNA, urgency, and the drive to WIN.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruiting & Sourcing
  • Source mid-level management + field service candidates (Ops Managers, Branch Managers, Supervisors, Fleet roles, Production roles, etc.)
  • Write outreach messages that get responses
  • Conduct screening calls
  • Present qualified candidates to senior recruiters + clients
  • Maintain pipelines and follow-up systems
Sales & Outreach
  • Make high-volume outbound calls
  • Follow daily call, outreach, and sourcing KPIs
  • Cold call candidates who have never heard of Bloom
  • Pitch opportunities, influence interest, convert passive talent
Full Desk Execution (with support)
  • Manage multiple searches at once
  • Move candidates through the funnel fast
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and timelines
  • Operate with urgency and ownership
Culture & Performance
  • Work inside a high-performance agency culture
  • Embrace coaching, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Use the Bloom frameworks (no bringing in old habits)
  • Track daily metrics and hit weekly targets

  • Excellent English (C1/C2 level; clear on calls)
  • Agency recruiting experience (even 6–18 months is fine)
  • Sales-oriented personality
  • Comfortable making 40–80+ calls per day
  • Competitive mindset (athletics background preferred)
  • Strong writing ability
  • Coachable + adaptable
  • Works EST hours without excuses
  • High integrity, strong work ethic

  • Experience recruiting for:
    • Field services
    • Skilled trades
    • Maintenance
    • HVAC, mechanical, facilities
    • Landscaping/green industry
  • Experience in:
    • Sourcing specialist roles
    • High-volume call environments
    • BPO recruitment
    • Sales or telesales
  • Fast learner
  • Emotionally mature
  • Wants to build a long-term career in recruiting
