Our client is looking for an organised Finance Administrator to join our growing team in Knysna. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and enjoys maintaining financial accuracy across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and efficiently.

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including supplier and client reconciliations.

  • Prepare monthly reports, journals, and bank reconciliations.

  • Assist with payroll processing, expense claims, and financial documentation.

  • Maintain compliance with company financial policies and accounting standards.

  • Support management with ad hoc finance tasks and audits when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a finance or accounting administration role.

  • Sound understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks).

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving ability.

  • A finance-related qualification or diploma is an advantage.
