Our client is looking for an organised Finance Administrator to join our growing team in Knysna. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and enjoys maintaining financial accuracy across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities

Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and efficiently.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, including supplier and client reconciliations.

Prepare monthly reports, journals, and bank reconciliations.

Assist with payroll processing, expense claims, and financial documentation.

Maintain compliance with company financial policies and accounting standards.

Support management with ad hoc finance tasks and audits when required.
Requirements
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a finance or accounting administration role.

Sound understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks).

Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.

Strong communication and problem-solving ability.

A finance-related qualification or diploma is an advantage.
