What will you be doing?

• You’ll take full ownership of the finance function in the province, ensuring accuracy, compliance and operational efficiency.
• Key responsibilities include:
• Managing the full financial accounting process and maintaining complete audit trails.
• Implementing and monitoring financial systems and procedures in line with national standards.
• Preparing accurate monthly and year-end reports.
• Leading and developing support staff within the provincial office.
• Driving budgeting, forecasting and audit processes.
• This is both a strategic and hands-on role — ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves while keeping sight of the bigger picture.

What the role requires:

• A tertiary qualification in Finance (BComm or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial management, including budgeting and audit processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Sage Evolution.
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when needed.
