Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar.
Relevant digital certificates are advantageous.
Two or more years in paid media specific to Google and Meta.
Google MCC, PMAX, bid strategies, keyword research, and budgeting.
Facebook Business Manager, Advantage Plus, pixel, and Conversions API.
Google Merchant Center and Facebook Commerce.
Google Tag Manager and UTM configuration.
Reporting and data analysis with clear insights.
Experience with Klaviyo or similar for lists, segments, and flows.
Shopify or WooCommerce working knowledge.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram to performance targets.
Research audiences, keywords, and competitors to inform strategy.
Allocate budgets and manage bid strategies to maximise ROI.
Collaborate on creative and copy to improve CTR and CVR.
Build and maintain tracking, pixels, events, and conversions.
Create clear performance reports with recommendations.
Test new formats, platforms, and tactics for continuous improvement.
