Seeking a proactive and personable Booking Agent / Sales Agent to join the Sales & Operations team. This role is essential to the company, converting leads into confirmed bookings, managing guest interactions, and ensuring exceptional customer service from first contact to final confirmation. If you’re a natural communicator with a knack for closing deals, this is your opportunity to thrive.

Minimum Requirements:
Matric certificate or relevant qualification in sales/marketing.
1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality bookings.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong multitasking, administrative, and CRM data entry capabilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to inquiries generated through marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, website forms).
Qualify potential clients, schedule property viewings, and follow up to close bookings.
Maintain professional and courteous communication across phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Accurately log all interactions and manage bookings using the company’s CRM or booking system.
Meet and report on monthly sales and occupancy goals.
Coordinate with operations teams to confirm availability, pricing, and guest requirements.
Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback efficiently to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
