Finance Tasks:
- GR/IR Maintenance clearing & Freight GR/IR.
- Balance sheet reconciliations.
- Payroll journals preparation and postings.
- Journals postings for Management accountants.
- Ad hoc responsibilities to assist Financial Accountant.
- Asset Accounting
- Creditors function: Local & Foreign (Independent Review of Foreign & Local creditors creditor’s statement reconciliations)
- Management of payment process: Local & Foreign
- Assist with invoice processing and matching.
- Expense Claims (Optional).
- Reconciliations & Month-end journal posting.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree in Accounting and Finance.
- Minimum of 2-3 Year experience
