Fleet Sales Executive

Our client, a reputable automotive brand based in Hillcrest, is seeking a seasoned Fleet Sales Executive with a solid track record in vehicle and fleet sales across KZN. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional to join a dynamic dealership environment and leverage their industry relationships to drive business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with fleet clients across KZN.
• Generate leads and build a sustainable client pipeline through networking, cold calling, referrals, and relationship management.
• Prepare and present competitive fleet proposals and quotations to clients.
• Conduct client visits, vehicle demonstrations, and presentations.
• Negotiate deals and close sales in line with monthly targets.
• Coordinate the delivery and handover of vehicles to clients.
• Stay informed of vehicle specs, promotions, and competitor activity.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups using the CRM system.
• Work closely with the finance and admin team to ensure smooth processing of sales and documentation.

 

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12
• 3+ years of proven experience in fleet sales
• Solid background in vehicle sales
• Valid driver’s license (code 8 or higher)
• Clear criminal record
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in negotiation and closing deals
• Proactive and target-driven
• Existing client base in the fleet/vehicle industry will be highly advantageous
