Junior Operations Manager

Our client, a fast-growing logistics company based in Cato Ridge, is seeking a hands-on and driven Junior Operations Manager to support and enhance their operational activities. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with strong experience in logistics and transport operations who is looking to take the next step in their career.

 

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of ops management experience, but 3 to 5 years in general operations
• Previous experience in the Transport and Logistics Industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong operational support and admin experience
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Knowledge and experience in transporting fuel or hazardous substances will be an advantage
• Resilient, tough-minded, and able to work night shifts when the need arises

 

Salary on offer: R15 000 (slightly negotiable based on skills and experience).
