Our Client in Edenvale Johannesburg is in the Manufacturing / FMCG Sector is looking for a Supply Chain Co-ordinator with 4-5 years’ experience.
Salary Negotiable
Min Requirements
Certificate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Management, Logistics, or a related field
4 years in a Supply Chain or logistics environment.
Job Duties
Receive all sales orders and process on system
Upload orders to the external warehouse order fulfilment system.
Ensure stock is allocated and rotated according to agreed standards
Support the sourcing of new suppliers and grow the relationship with current suppliers to achieve savings
Identify and drive opportunities for improvements in terms of service improvement and overall cost reduction for the complete supply chain
Drive price variances to the minimum and support any inventory initiatives
Liaise with manufacturers, suppliers ensuring backorders products are delivered on time, resolve any queries and escalate any concerns.
