Trade Reservations Consultant

ENVIRONMENT:

YOU’RE part salesperson, part problem-solver, and part air traffic controller — balancing volume with precision… Filling the role of a Trade Reservations Consultant wanted by a dynamic Tourism and Hospitality company providing luxury accommodation, you will be the first point of contact and the steady hand behind every smooth reservation. From quick getaways to last-minute calls, you manage the transient guest experience with speed, clarity, and care. You'll convert inquiries into bookings, maximize room revenue, and make sure no detail slips through the cracks. Please note this role will be based in Knysna.

• Fluent, persuasive, and friendly — your written and spoken English lands every time.
