Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Advanced proficiency in CCS (Candy) software.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Labour-Only Payment calculations and management.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in cost control and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and manage project budgets.
- Manage labour-only payment claims and reconcile labour costs.
- Prepare and review bills of quantities.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Maintain precise cost control records and payment documentation.
