The Logistics Team Lead will supervise a small operations team, ensuring that freight movements are managed efficiently and clients receive exceptional service. This role offers a career path into full logistics management.

Minimum Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Logistics/Supply chain Management
2–3 years’ logistics experience as a Logistics Team Lead
Customs and clearance knowledge advantageous.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee warehouse operations and team performance.
Supervise import and export processes.
Coordinate fleet schedules and logistics operations.
Mentor and develop junior logistics staff.
