Please note that only candidates resident in Cape Town will be considered due to the urgency to fill the role and candidates who have experience in e-Commerce platform distribution will receive preference.
- You will have completed Matric (tertiary qualification in Logistics, Operations or Supply Chain is advantageous), coupled 5-10 years in logistics and/or inventory management, ideally in a fast paced distribution centre.
- You will experience in inventory management of imported goods, documentation management for imports and export returns, as well as managing the procurement of quality packaging materials.
- You will have natural leadership qualities, be able to motivate and manage the warehouse team and increase productivity and efficiency.
- Experience in important export documentation, clearing and forwarding and related documentation and processes are essential.
- You must have a valid driver’s licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
