- Maintain, repair, and service injection moulding tools used in production.
- Set up and operate conventional lathes, milling machines, surface grinders.
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and CAD files for tooling components.
- Conduct measurements and inspections using precision instruments such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, and CMMs.
- Troubleshoot tooling issues and perform root cause analysis to identify and correct problems.
- Collaborate with design, production, and maintenance teams to ensure tools meet production needs.
- Modify tooling for efficiency improvements and design enhancements.
- Maintain accurate records of tool maintenance and usage.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure all tools comply with health and safety regulations.
- Bank postings (Current accounts & Call accounts)
- Interest journal call account
- Bank recon
- Petty cash processing journal & Reconciliations
- Credit card Journals & reconciliations
- Clearing account management: control accounts
- Maintenance of statements, inward settlements
- inward bound payments - BOP Forms
- Loading of Payments on FNB (Local & Foreign)
- Transfers - FNB
- Reconciliations & Month end journal postings
- GR/IR Maintenance clearing & Freight GR/IR
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Payroll journals preparation and postings
- Journals postings for Management accountants
- Ad hoc responsibilities to assist Financial Accountant
- National Diploma or BCom degree in finance
- 2-5 years of experience working within finance within a manufacturing/ automotive industry
