Retail role for a confident, energetic sales consultant who knows their way around tech.
You’ll handle in-store, phone, and online sales, manage displays, and be the go-to person for all things electronics.

Minimum Requirements:
Completed Grade 12 (recent grads welcome if eager to learn)
Sales and customer service experience in a retail setting
Tech product knowledge: cellphones, laptops, etc.
Strong communication and listening skills
Honest, well-presented, and enthusiastic
Social media savvy is a bonus

Duties and Responsibilities:
Sell pre-owned tech in-store, online, and via calls
Provide excellent customer service
Upsell, cross-sell, and close off incoming leads
Test and demonstrate items before sale
Keep window displays and merchandising on point
Stay up to date on new arrivals and product info
Promote value-adds like cash advances and personal loans
Maintain store cleanliness and security standards
Collaborate with team to hit store targets
