Fully remote for applicants currently living in South Africa (Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00 EST time zone)
$7 – $9 hourly + Commission & Performance Bonuses

This role is all about building relationships, understanding seller motivations, negotiating contracts, and getting deals over the line. Minimum Requirements:
Completed NQF 4 in Real Estate
minimum of 3 years in sales, real estate, or similar high-conversion environments
Exceptional verbal communication and negotiation skills
Strong work ethic, self-driven, and goal-oriented
Ability to think on your feet, overcome objections, and close confidently
Tech-savvy: able to use CRMs, dialers, and property tools (e.g., Zillow, PropStream)
Comfortable working in a remote team environment and managing your own workflow

Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails to follow up with motivated sellers
Build rapport and ask the right questions to uncover seller motivation
Assess property value, run comps, and estimate repair costs
Negotiate purchase price and terms that align with business buying criteria
Prepare and submit virtual offers and secure signed agreements
Maintain accurate notes, tasks, and follow-up sequences in CRM
Coordinate handover of signed deals to the internal team
Attend regular team meetings and sales training sessions
