Our Food Manufacturing client in Cape Town Area is looking for a production manager with 5 years’ experience in Food Manufacturing (Dry of wet foods/goods)

Requirements
Grade 12/Matric
Tertiary Qualification in Production/Manufacturing/ Industrial Engineering/
Operations Management/Food Science
At least 5 years’ experience in the food industry/ similar manufacturing sector
A minimum of 3 years in a middle management role.
Responsibilities
Oversee the food production department
Manage and support of different shifts.
Planning of the production schedules and volumes
Quality assurance
Scheduling staff rosters and plans
Ensure accurate production and delivering times
Oversee internal and external audits
