Our client is seeking a restaurant administrator who will manage the daily operations etc. The candidate must have the ability to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant functionality.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
• Implementing efficient reservation and table management systems.
• A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues.
• Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
• Maintaining safety and food quality standards.
• Managing inventory, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Invoicing
• General Admin
• HR related duties
• Managing payroll and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Supervising staff to optimize productivity and address any issues.
• Creating and managing staff schedules.
• Providing feedback and guidance to staff.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively, from customer complaints to operational challenges.
• Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of restaurant procedures, inventory management, and health and safety regulations.

Experience:

• Prior experience in a restaurant administration is required
• Microsoft Office
• Pilot POS

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must have a clear criminal history.

Business hours:

• Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:00
• Saturday from 8:00 to 13:00

Salary: Market related
