A dynamic and award-winning multi-brand car dealership group is looking for a highly experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead its high-performance marketing function. This strategic role is central to driving innovation across omni-channel platforms, integrating traditional and digital marketing, and elevating brand visibility across a competitive automotive landscape. The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end marketing operations, including campaign planning, CRM strategy, performance analytics, and vendor management, while managing a small, agile team. This is a high-impact leadership role designed for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand retail environment
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Master’s degree advantageous)
5–7 years’ progressive marketing experience, ideally in the automotive industry or high-value, multi-brand retail environment
Proven experience developing and executing omni-channel marketing strategies
Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and CRM platforms
Strong experience managing marketing budgets and vendor relationships
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot), Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) and platforms like Hootsuite or BrandsEye
Strong leadership, communication, project management, and analytical skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Willingness to work alternate Saturdays and occasional evenings/weekends for events or campaign deadlines
Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with brand and sales goals
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
Set and report on marketing KPIs, ROI, and performance metrics
Manage and optimise marketing budgets
Traditional Marketing Leadership
Lead print, radio, billboard, and sponsorship campaigns
Organise events, model launches, and showroom promotions
Oversee POS materials, showroom branding, and merchandise
Build relationships with local media, suppliers, and partners
Manage internal sales and marketing activations team
Digital Marketing Collaboration
Partner with Digital Marketing Manager to ensure consistent omni-channel messaging
Support digital strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
Analyse digital campaign performance and suggest optimisations
Stay current on automotive digital marketing trends
CRM Strategy & Customer Engagement
Develop CRM strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
Oversee CRM segmentation and communication flows (e.g. service reminders, loyalty programmes)
Monitor customer behaviour data and identify upselling opportunities
Ensure CRM compliance and data integrity
Brand Management & Communication
Maintain consistent brand voice, identity, and messaging across all touchpoints
Create content for websites, press releases, and promotions
Manage relationships with external agencies, OEMs, media buyers, and creative partners
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Track and report on all marketing activities and campaign effectiveness
Generate insights to support continuous improvement
Present performance updates to executive management
Manage OEM claims and scorecard-related reporting
