Please note that this role is not suited to candidates with a background in Civils but rather focused on building of malls, medical centres, luxury residential estates, high-rise commercial buildings and educational institutions.
- You will have a tertiary qualification in Construction management or similar, coupled with 8 plus years experience in managing multiple and complex medium to large scale building projects (SACPCMP registration is highly advantageous).
- You will have a proven track record in managing construction site operations, quality assurance, HSE, procurement per project, as well as subcontractor management.
- You will be well presented and articulate in order to communicate effectively to staff, clients and contractors.
- You will have a successful track record in completing high quality workmanship, within budget and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Advanced MS Office and CCS Candy/Buildsmart essential.
- You must have a valid driver’s licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
