What’s the role about?

This is a broad and vital finance role that offers full oversight of accounting and reporting. You’ll own the books, lead financial compliance, and drive cash flow visibility — all while being a valued advisor to the leadership team. It’s a great fit for someone pragmatic, precise, and performance-driven.

 

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing the full accounting function — from GL to monthly management reports
• Handling cashbook, petty cash, and credit card reconciliations
• Overseeing payroll prep, tax submissions (VAT201, EMP201, ITR14), and creditors/debtors
• Running weekly cash flow forecasting and expense analysis
• Supporting external audits and maintaining fixed asset records
• Taking on ad-hoc finance projects with initiative

What we’re looking for:

• BComm in Accounting/Finance
• 5+ years’ experience in accounting/reporting (budgeting/forecasting a plus)
• Advanced Excel and solid accounting software skills
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and confident under pressure
• A self-starter who thrives in both solo and team environments
• Based near Northern Suburbs (office-based with flexible hours)
